To participate on the led intermediate classes you are required to have accomplished at least till Eka Pada Sirsasana having studied with a qualified teacher. You will also have to join the workshop at least 3 days starting Friday.
The design of the workshop t-shirts is ready and it emphasizes Sharathji’s visit to Copenhagen and the overall tour to Europe. We have also chosen a nice and comfortable t-shirt made of 96% cotton and 4% elastane enzyme-washed which therefore is soft, delicious and stretchable. The t-shirt is only available in black.
